If you regularly check my website, you’ll see something different.  YES, my prices have changed and so have a few other things ;0)  (and the pictures will be updated this week too!)

First, you’ll notice that there’s now an album in each package.  Why you ask?  Because every couple deserves a high quality album not just one that’s for consumers only.  I’m not going to hand you something you could get anywhere!

Second, my album choices have changed a bit.  Now you can buy sets of albums at a discounted rate for parent albums and the like.  I’m also now offering Flushmount albums because some brides want those too!

Flushmounts are more expensive, bottom line.  They’re more expensive to produce and a higher quality product.  Some people know them as the “cardboard page books”

Ok, now onto my standard coffee table books!  (good news, my sample is ALMOST here.  If you met with me, it will be in by the end of January!)

These are similar to a lot of the consumer products but different.  It’s a higher quality binding, a higher quality printing and higher quality pages.

These are my new album choices along with packaged albums so that getting parent albums isn’t so costly or out of control.

For my current prospective clients that I’ve been emailing with, don’t worry, the pricing isn’t changing for you, only for new contacts!

I know what you’re thinking…who wants engagement pictures outdoors this time of year?!  Well, guess what?  People do and they’re actually pretty fun!!  Well Lori and Daniel braved the elements and we had some fun and didn’t get too cold…at least until the end!   If you go outside a lot in the cold, invest in some under armour cold gear!!

After so much enthusiasm, I’m offering a Boudoir Marathon!!
When: February 1st (and possibly the 2nd depending on response)
Where: Hotel in the Burbs; TBD based on the suites; most likely in the Schaumburg area as it’s easy for everyone to get to and parking isn’t a hassle! I’ll probably offer 2 of these a year, one downtown, one in the suburbs so we get a taste of both
Costs: $200 ($75 deposit, the rest due the day of or before)

Now you ask, what does that include?! 2 hours of photography, unlimited outfits, digital files, retouching and special effects AND a 8.5×11 OR 10×10 20-page coffee table book that will have a plain cover (black or brown, you pick!).

You’ll get your previews within 3 weeks. You’ll view them on my private online proofing gallery, give me your favorites and must-have in the albums, I’ll create your custom album and then upload the pictures for your approval. Once you approve, your album will come in a week and your DVD of the digital files will come with it.

I have partnered with Cynthia Blasco for makeup on Sunday only (possibly Monday depending on response), she will be on site for a make-up and is running a special! If you use her for your wedding day, this application is FREE! Otherwise, it will cost $50. If you plan on having your makeup done by Cynthia, please come at least an hour early as it will take about 40 minutes.

I know you’re asking for attire questions. Plan on 5-7 looks (or more!); this means if you have just a pair of bottoms that you want to wear but no top, that counts as one; bring any props that you want!

So what happens when you have 5 little ones?  Chaos.   It’s inevitable and I was prepared to wait as long as possible, but everyone else wasn’t, especially the little ones!!!  But we got some fun ones out of it and some ones that I hope the family will treasure as it’s the great-grandparents and their 5 great-grandchildren! (ok, so my original post said 6, but it’s monday, forgive me!)

Ok, so one was having issues during this one, but I tell you, bribe bribe bribe the kids
